This is a certified Senshu Towel - Senshu is the old name for the southern district of Osaka, the original birthplace of Japanese towels. Towels have been manufactured here for over 130 years and undergo a unique and traditional purification process called the atozarashi technique.
Natural water from the Izumi mountain range is used to rinse any impurities and oils from the weaving process. Each towel then goes through a bleaching and dying process. The result? A luxuriously light, soft and super absorbent towel.

How to care for your towel...
- Machine Washable
- Wash with similar colours in cold or warm water, maximum 40 degrees.
- Use a mild detergent
- It’s best to air-dry your towels. After washing, give them a good shake and hang flat. That will fluff them up a bit!
- Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.
